About the Lecture:

It takes a lot of work to lead a life that is meaningful and fulfilling. Over the past 25 years, Professor Frank Bond and colleagues have researched, developed and used techniques, such as mindfulness, to help people to overcome the barriers that prevent them from taking the actions that they need to achieve their ambitions.
